The governing bodies of the Partnership are: The General Meeting, the Board of Directors and General Director.
GENERAL MEETING
The supreme body of the Partnership, held at least 2 times a year.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Permanent collegial body whose members are elected by the General Meeting of members of the nonprofit Partnership for a period of one year, renewable indefinitely.

PRESIDENT
The President is elected by members of the Partnership for a term of one year, renewable indefinitely. The President shall organize the work of the Council, convene a meeting of the Board and presides at them, organize the meetings of minutes, preside at the General Meeting. He represents the interests of the Partnership in the state bodies, public organizations, mass media, etc.

GENERAL DIRECTOR
Full time sole executive authority responsible for the current leadership of the Partnership is accountable to the General Meeting of the Partnership, acting on behalf of the Partnership and represent its interests in state bodies, public organizations, mass media, etc.
